Often none — we take same-day and short-notice requests whenever the schedule allows. For evenings, weekends or a specific time, a little advance notice helps us reserve a slot. WhatsApp us your location and timing and we’ll confirm quickly.

Yes. We regularly attend hospitals and nursing homes — including Mount Elizabeth, Gleneagles, Raffles, SGH, NUH and TTSH — for patients who can’t travel. The notary still verifies identity and makes sure the signatory understands the document before it’s signed and sealed.

For witnessing a signature, yes — the person signing must be present so the notary can verify identity and witness the signing. For certified true copies, the notary only needs to sight the originals, so we can arrange pickup and courier delivery instead.
Yes. For certified true copies we can collect your original documents, certify and authenticate them with the SAL, and courier the finished documents back to your location at a small additional cost.
Yes. After witnessing and sealing, we take the document through SAL apostille / authentication and, if the destination requires it, embassy legalisation — then deliver the finished document back to you. It’s a complete, end-to-end service.
